Time to completion depends on many factors such as my work schedule, material purchasing, complexity of the piece)
I can, if requested, send updates on the status of the painting, including photos if desired, unless you prefer to only see the end result.
At my discretion I may decide to offer you more than one selection at presentation depending on what you are looking for or what I think you are looking for, then it would be your choice to choose the one or more paintings (the other will go back into my inventory)
Please communicate with me if you have questions about any of the options requested on this submission form, it is meant only as a guide but also to be objective on what is requested.
If criteria for the painting is changed by the client after the painting has begun, additional fees may apply and no guarantee can me made that the alterations are possible although every effort will be made to do so, my goal is for you to be 100% pleased with the final result. In addition, if there is a significant disagreement in the direction the work is going at any point in time, I will advise you as to what artistically seems more appropriate, however as it is a commissioned piece, YOU have the final say as long as it meets reasonable guidelines.
Oil Paintings may take some time to dry before they can safely be transported
Extra material costs may apply for the type of substrate, size, matting, mounting, varnishing, resin coating, and framing, all of which will be conveyed before finalizing your decision
Handling and Delivery charges will apply, and local taxes if applicable

Please bear in mind that although this will be YOUR artwork, as the artist I still maintain the copyright and I may reproduce the painting in some way.
It is my policy to collect 50% deposit payable by credit card or Paypal prior to starting your commission with the balance due upon delivery of the completed work. This deposit is non-refundable unless extenuating circumstances present or I am for some reason unable to complete the painting.
